چکیده

The aims of this study were to propose a minimally invasive lateral approach technique for maxillary sinus floor elevation (MSFE) with simultaneous implant placement and evaluate the surgical outcome complications technique. This reviewed 49 surgeries MSFE (n = 83) using approach. A circular shape window diameter 5 6 mm an area 20–30 mm2 was made on wall sinus. After Schneiderian membrane, xenograft used bone grafting. possible minimum-sized in 47 cases. For remaining 2 cases, failed. In one case, it expanded be more than 30 repair membrane perforation. another performed by forming two windows. Post-operative bleeding after occurred anticoagulant-treated patient. There no failed during follow-up period (mean 22 months). through small is feasible safe placement.

Mini-invasive Implant Placement in Combination with Maxillary Sinus Membrane Perforation During Transcrestal Sinus Floor Elevation: A Retrospective Study.

The aim of this retrospective study was to report preliminary outcomes of a modified technique for transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement. A total of 165 implants were placed in 110 patients using a modified Summers technique. During implant site preparation, after fracturing the sinus floor, a small perforation of the membrane was made using the first osteotome....

Sinus floor elevation via the maxillary premolar extraction socket with immediate implant placement: a case series.

BACKGROUND When immediate implant placement is considered for teeth with close proximity to the sinus floor, apical extension of the osteotomy is significantly limited, and often a staged approach is used. Implant placement into fresh extraction sockets and sinus floor manipulation using bone-added osteotome sinus floor elevation with implant placement are techniques most often used independent...

Modified maxillary sinus floor elevation via a mini-lateral window with simultaneous placement of dental implants: a clinical and radiographical study

This study assessed the effectiveness of modified sinus floor elevation via a mini-lateral window with simultaneous placement of implants in 20 patients with severely atrophic maxilla. Patients received mini-roundlike or a mini-slot osteotomy which was done to establish an access on the lateral sinus wall for placement of bone grafts depending on the number of inserted implants and the characte...
